Re: Email Migration

I have an ntlworld address which is fine except that I cannot send mail from my virgin mobile. but I can receive. I have been told that I have to get a virginmedia address to allow me to send mail. What a pain!

Re: Email Migration

Hello all

I have a problem with my "my.name@blueyonder.co.uk" email account, which is an alias of a "random-text+numbers@blueyonder.co.uk" primary

Everything works as normal for this email address, except i can't log into it anywhere "webmail/google/virgin website".
(I have logged into this email address on the google/webmail/whatever it was, system no problems in the past.)

It said user doesnt exist, and after months of trying many things, still getting nowhere.

The Indian call centre said "this isn't my email address and it will stop working at any time, so i need to change it".

I want to avoid having to change it due to the big hassle of changing many logins, informing many people, companies, etc, etc, etc.

What is it i'm missing/not doing...!

Thanks
