I have recently upgraded to Mailwasher 2010 and I am receiving and sending emails ok. When MW was set up it searches for email accounts and when it had finished loading it told me I had two ntlworld accounts. This was news to me so I checked and one showed my normal user name, but the other one showed my user name as my full email address and both use different ports. I guess this is due to the email I received from Virgin when I clicked on "Fix my email". The only problem is that I receive a duplicate of every email although only one shows in my WLM programme. I guess I have to leave it like that until Virgin stop the one account unless somone knows otherwise
