Eek. At least it's not just me, I turned on Live Mail to check my email at lunchtime and it said IMAP wasn't working, but it blamed a "non network" issue, d'oh!.

I have never logged in online as those email accounts are not important to me but i have them in Outlook, i think it is successful checking sometimes but not always.
It's been like this nearly 2 days now so i guess they don't know how to fix it lol

Still getting errors receiving ntlworld.com emails most of the time (works intermittently). Error reported by Outlook Details windows is "-ERR Invalid Backend".
Looking at Virgin Media's service status page, they report a "serious problem" with email at the moment, but as this seems to have been going on for some days, it doesn't look like they are going to be anywhere near fixing soon.

was that on your staff or home mail Masque if staff i'll just lol it. My home email isn't working either on ntl but then i hardly use it only for billing spam

I keep getting asked to re-enter my passwords on Outlook. I take it that there is still an issue despite the support pages saying everything is fixed?

You can get into the support pages???
I've been having issues all morning, went out for the afternoon - status said it would be fixed by 12:30. Now am getting errors on every single one of my ntlworld.com accounts. Earlier it was hit and miss, now I'm contstantly getting asked for my password.
Status page times out.
On the plus side I was able to sign in online and see that everything has already downloaded onto my computer so I haven't lost anything.
But seriously frustrating.

The whole My Virgin Media site is down now, but I can still access my e-mail fine via POP on WLM, IMAP on BlackBerry and on the http://mail.ntlworld.com page.

* I actually though it was down to a new router firmware until I read this thread.
