hi all probs with emails
hi all just asking is anyone else haveing prob getting there emails everytime i try i get this error
am in lincoln area
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR pop operation is not allowed for this user.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
i know my user name and password is right i log on website and it said i have 3 emails sooon i click on emails it errors and logs me back out any ideas

Try this link for how to setup Outlook express for a @ntlworld.com account, you have to click next on what looks like an empty screen which takes you to the setup instructions

If the above does not help then you will need to call Tech Support because if you google the fault codes it mainly comes back as a possible username or password fault.
For help with your TV or Phone and for Broadband Technical Support:
Call Product Support/Faults on 151 from your Virgin Media Phone. It's absolutely free.
Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.

You aren't adding @ntlworld.com to your user name are you? That's not required...

hi m8 thanks for info still dont get emails, and no i dont add @ntlworld.com to my user name worse thing is when i logg on vm website it tell me i have 3 emails but soon i click on on emails it logg me out,

best to call up Tech Support on 151 option 3 as I said above and they will try to find out what is causing the problem.
