Accessing my blueyonder email abroad

Hi All - I've done a search for this and it came up with -
access by typing in http://webmail.ntlworld.com. Type in Username and Password. I've done this but the Logon fails.
All U/N details are correct and I have used the P/W that allows me access access to manage my email accounts but no joy.
I have even tried the 'forgot password' route and it doean't even accept my answer to the 'personalised question', it's says it is incorrect.
Any help appreciated.
