I am having trouble looging onto the my e-mails on virgin media as I have an old ntl e-mail address it sends me to webmail.ntlworld, com but a page comes up saying

The server at webmail.ntlworld.com is taking too long to respond

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have used a different computer today has anybody any ideas thanks

Welcome to CF MONTEFARO, Ive always had problems using the ntl emails, eg: messages not arriving, only receiving half a message etc.. in the end I gave up and now use Hot-mail and Google-mail.

Ring Tech support as it sounds like a fault on their equipment so the call will be credited to your account.
