I have a new computer where the default mail account is Outlook although my account is .live.com I am unable to send or receive any mail. How do Ichange my default (Outlook) account or add my .live email address to it.
Using Windows XP I think you have to go into your control panel, choose Internet options and in the options choose programmes. There should be an e-mail drop down option for choosing Windows live mail instead of Windows outlook.
If I am giving duff diections can some one jump in and give the OP the right information.
