Email
Why when i go to do a new email it forces me to have a dot in the middle, this is highly frustrating as that way I wont remember what it is.
Any ways to get rid of this dot please??
Thanks,

Re: Email
Can you be a bit clearer as to exactly what you mean by a dot and where it is in your email?

Re: Email
ok, i go to the "add a new email" page and then..
[boxtoenterusername].[boxtoenterusername]@virgin.net
as you can see, there is a dot already there which you can't get rid of
Thanks,

Re: Email
It looks like Virgin net insist on using this format, my field is Virginmedia and I would recommend ringing up virgin net to verify that this is their way of adding mailboxes or usernames.
Sorry I can not be any more specific.
