Virgin Media email? How to get one?

I have been a customer for a year and now i hear that i can have up to 15 email adresses but Virgin told me to call a premium 09 number is there any chance i can get it online?

Any help would be appreciated

have they given you a blueyonder one or ntl one, think they are still working on the virginmedia addresses because it will involve bring the two systems
together on one . your best place to ask this is the virginmedia email support group

i have never recieved any email adresses i want to get one though

You would of received an address that is usually joe.bloggs@ntlworld.com or joe.bloggs@blueyonder.co.uk. Virgin Media will merge these into a joe.bloggs@virginmedia.com address eventually.

If you have never received an email address you will need to contact Tech Support I think. You can do this by phoning their premium rate line or just hop onto the newsgroups and ask them there.

Windows Mail is Outlook Express 7 with a fancy name, exact same set up.

Ok guys, I called the 150 no. yesterday and they told me to call a premium no. but today i called back and they set up an account for me

1 more question how do i use this with outlook?
