New e-mail address
I wish to add a new address for my wife.

The system will not let me do that.

I went to create new mail box was offered a suggested name, accepted but the reply was "unable to create mailbox, returned InvalidCosDomain"

I presume there is a system fault. Any suggestions?

This is a vm server error,you will need to contact tech support who will create any new email addresses you require.
The call will be refunded.
