could someone explain to me what outlook express is all about and why none of my webmail messages ever end up in it also everytime i type my webmail password into the wee outlook box it will not accept it and it keeps popping up again and its the same password as my webmail
From my experience working on a tech support desk / service desk, 9 times out 10 - the angry / bad experience that user normally blames on the company i.e in this case Virgin, is more than likely down to mis configuration or user error. So when people *think* they have had it rough with a company, the actual fault is down to them.
