NTL email address

I've recently upgraded to 4 Mb BB and want to access my Broadband extras, however, I can't remember my ntl email address (or password for that matter) as it's been many years since I've used it. Is there any way of retrieving these details so that I can log into the Virgin Media website?

I don't know any other way to get your username. Is your outlook express still configured to use ntlworld?

Thanks for the quick response. No, I'm afraid not. It must have been a good five years since I used it last and I've had a new computer since then. Any particular department you recommend or just standard CS?
