HI. Can anyone help please I am unable to open some pictures in Outlook express. I get a square with a red cross in the corner. I have tried disabling firewall but no joy.

When you open an e mail with pictures a yellow bar should drop down asking if you want to download them.

If you want to set your emails to always show the graphics as part of emails, you need to look in Outlook Express security settings, under tools > options menu.
