Ive been an NTL user for some time and have an ntlworld email address. I pay virgin for the home phone and broadband on a cable modem.
Im interested in creating my first webpage and downloaded all the programs as stated on the virgin media web page.
when i enter my virgin media user name and password into terrapin it states log on incorrect.
any help? advice

To be honest you are best off getting some £1 a month webspace rather than relying on VM's webspace, which is not supported in any way by VM. They also don't have PHP support etc which you might want in the future.
do you have any info on where i can get a cheap or free web page - nothing fancy as its my first attempt and may decide in future to abandon the project
