How long has the domain been live, and on the current server. Are you sure the DNS entries for the server have had time to propagate?

Have you tried a forced refresh in your browser (Ctrl-F5), and are you certain your browser has nothing in it, a hangover from your phpproxy or whatever that's causing the problem?

I can see a site from here without a proxy, and as far as I can tell you shouldn't be on a proxy either.

Domain has been live for a year and bit (with about 4 days of downtime.)

Tried CTRL + F5 to no avail.

Got no hangover. Just...blankness. comes up with:

The connection has timed out

The server at jluniverse.info is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I can access ANY other site..

Loads ok here on a PlusNet ADSL connection. It did think about it as it first loaded but seems ok now.
