NTL Cache/proxy

I got a problem

my webhosting site a week ago i updated the flash banner of it and for every1 who already had it cached who are not on ntl it changed for them.
For me it did not and i dunno how to sort it, i tried cookies etc.

now im left with the possibilty that its ntl's cache and im stuck at this point.

any help i will be truely greatful.

Tried going to the page and pressing Ctrl+F5 ?

Personally I would say you're not missing much, I find those sort of Flash banners noisy, intrusive, and down-right bl**dy annoying.

Hope you get it sorted though
