Registration server Problem?

I tried to make use of my webspace for the first time this morning but could not complete an FTP login.

I got straight thru to tech support and spoke to a very helpful man called Faraj.

He told me that my web space was deactivated and that he would reactivate it.
However when he tried he was unable to do so because of a fault with the "registration servers".

Can't find any mention of this on the service page, can anyone confirm that there is a problem at present?
