Hi there
i run a invisionfree forum which is on there server 6 and several of my members who are customers of NTL are not able to log onto the site since last thursday and i'm told its a fault with NTL.
Hmm, I don't see how a problem logging into a forum is an NTL issue..
What's your forum URL?
By Invisionfree, what do you mean by that? Is it the free version of the software which you've got hosted somewhere?
Also, check to make sure your trial hasn't run out, I know the later versions only run for XX days (I Think 45)
this the forum address and of the 145 members its the ones who are on NTL that are having problems getting on the site. the invisonfree is not a trial version ands basically forever and ever, there support forum puts it down to NTL because other people trying to access other peoples forums on the server6 cannot view either.
There was an outage at the hosting centre that invision free use last week and it's very possible that as a result some servers were moved to a different location or IP number and the DNS servers haven't fully propogtaed yet
I have seen several reports of invision free & other sites hosted from that data centre still being unavailable ebven though most are working and it isn't just an NTL users problem

It seems to be s6 (server 6) is the problem as all the other servers come up when tried using an NTL connection
