wheres my ntlworld webspace gone?

It seems i woke up this morning to find that my NTL webspace is no longer working!!!!
i get the page cannot be found and the ftp says

i have no idea why it has gone, My e-mail account is sorta working, downloading some e-mail now and outlook is stuck downloading stuff as normal. i can get in to my e-mail thru webmail
the main account which is also the webspace works.

Your email is not connected to the availability of your webspace so you will probably find that your ftp access to your webspace is currently out of commision. With all the upgrade work going on there is a rather long entry in the NTL server status page so it might be that.
Can you access your webspace through HTTP?

is the webspace releated to the an internet account. we got rid of 56k which use the same account name.

did you get a new username and password after you got rid of 56k?

if so use this instead, if not, give it a day or 2 to check, but ttry your webpage from a browser, and press ctrl&F5 together, just in case that page is cached in your temp files.

ok it seems the family44 web account no longer exsits BUT 44family does,
just found the password set to us when we first got the broadband!
it seems the webspace is under 44family, yet all the emails are still under family44.
the email for 44family doesn't work, so everything seems hunky dory now.
also when my dad phoned up CS the bloke on the end of the phone was realy helpfull and pretty much did everything for us
