Its a scam. The link that says "View the details of this transaction online" is a scammers site made to look like a PayPal link... You click it thinking its genuine (looks it at first glance)... and it catches your details. There's also another clue in the e-mail header.
If you look closely the URL has www.paypal.com.cgi-bin
.... when it should be www.paypal.com/cgi-bin
... You aren't going to paypal.com you are going to login-run.mn which is the last part of all the URL.
