I've had another £30 charge from my bank for going overdrawn since i started reading this, and i rang up but was told i couldn't have it back- no suprises there.
I just left it though cos i felt i didn't know what i was talkling about enough to blag it...
You should always leave it with a polite - "Please could you tell me who you Data Protection Manager is as I wish to get my last 6 years of statements to see if you have charged me indisproportianate charges that have been deemed unlawfull by the OFT?"

Then see what happens...
