Anyone got any advice.

iPOD started showing error when transferring songs so converted to file format and did a quick format. Cannot do a full format as it shows an error.

Loaded up the latest iPOD updater and click restore to get a Write Disk Error. Whats going on ?

When I turn it on I just get the standard support folder icon and url.
