There is a website
http://netlab.e2k.ru which I cannot access for 1 week. It had DNS problem which was solved and everyone can access it except me. I can access it through anonymous websites but cannot access them directly. Ping by ip or
netlab.e2k.ru works fine. I fail to log on from any browser though. I was told I have to contact NTL in order to solve the problem but frankly speaking I don't even know how to approach NTL with this sort of problem. I don't think that the staff at support can solve it.
Any suggestions?
P.S. Cleaning cookies and temps will not help since I am trying to log in from a brand new machine I have build a few days ago with the same result. Turning power off on the modem or router does not help either.
