Hey! You might well have been one of the Monkey's who dealt with one of my calls ??!!.
Monkey & Organ grinder is there as a 'figure of speach' turbulentone so don't take it so personally. Having been an Ntl 'Monkey' myself for many years I'm well aware that eventually peoples esteem can quickly equate with one, but I'm glad that despite their proposal to bin so many of you in favour of more for less in Asia you still feel loyal enough not to offer any advice (just like on the 'phone really) !.

Cheers for tht Jack001, having spent so much (wasted) time on the phone I doubt that an email will prove anymore fruitful but I will use it as another means of contact. Hopefully one of the Mods
will be able to help as you suggest.
