I think that until guys are arrested and banged up for having sex with teenagers this thing will keep on happening.
This is a clear cut case, girl is 11, baby dna will prove that the guy slept with her while she was under age. Lock him up for 12 months, and see how many more guys will try their luck after that. Also anyone having a baby who is under the age of 15 should not be entitled to any benefits whatsoever.
