Did the same, was transferred from dept to dept for about an hour, the bloke on the other end said you need to add on a load of extras with talktalk (insurances here and there) totalling Â£10ish. I said I will still go to them, was transferred again offerred same as talktalk but without international calling and 2mb BB for 23.99 p/mth.

Still said no...got offered it for Â£20.99....result.
