Finally snapped - anyone able to offer any contacts?
Here is the story....I am moving to America for a bit so I decided to cancel my NTL services. I gave 30 days notice that I was doing this, so my services were due to go off on the 6th March.
However I got delayed by 2 weeks, so I phoned NTL and they assured me that my services would now go off on 19th March.
Guess what..........
After may phone calls I got Telephone and Broadband back online. Also TV was coming back on , or so I thought. I had basic channels and was assured that my subscriber channles would be back online within 24 hours.
I now have error M043 on my TV services, which indicates that my connections are not seucre...or to put another way I have been disconnected.
Does anyone have any advice on getting this restored quickly?
