Well who is not obsessed with speed - afterall what Broadband is all about is how fast you can download & surf the Net. That being said, ofcourse there are other aspects for choosing an ISP and to me that is (Customer service, reliability and Speed). But that's just me, others ofcourse might have other reasons for choosing their ISP like: webspace, emails, firewalls....etc.

As I am now with Bulldog, I cannot do any worse by moving to ANY ISP available in my area in terms of Customer service, and TW are known for a reasonable CS and are reliable which leaves SPEED
