I'm in the Meadows. And I was told sometime ago it is related to ensuring the safety of the engineer. I have absolutely no problem with that.
But why don't they flag my account so that only AM appointments can be made. It's so frustrating trying to explain to somebody in a call centre that making a PM appointment is a waste of time as the engineer will not attend. I tried explaining this today and was 'promised' the engineer will attend.
