Full marks to NTL again

My old purchased SB3100 was having bad hair days, so NTL agreed to supply with a new modem. The engineer was booked in for today and I was meant to be at home to let them in, but I got delayed at work and missed them when they arrived. When I go home there was a message on the answering machine advising that the engineer had called and I was not in, but if I could call them asap they would try and arrange for him to get back today. I called and he turned up 20 minutes later. That is a good service in my eyes.

He dropped off the modem as I said that I would do the honours and call India to register the new MAC. I called the support number, 4 mins to get through and 2 mins to have the modem online and surfing.
