My Samsung has been on for four months and has never needed to be rebooted, freeview box's never need to be rebooted and when I had sky I never needed to reboot that. NTL pace STB's are just a load of cheap crap!

And if a box should ever encounter a problem and need to be re-booted it should be very rare!

NTL think it is the norm to do it almost daily!

And if it is the norm as they make out why have they not added a power/reset switch to turn it off instead off having their customers climb behind tv sets and over loads of cables to unplug it???
