Hiya guys, hope i haven't repeated a topic:

Has anyone been experienced pretty slow channel changes now and again i find if i wanted lets say channel 809 for the beloved UKTV People (Top Gear)

I end up having channel 8, 80, 0, 9 or channel 809 its not that i am slow to press buttons but its the box taking so long to respond to what i am pressing.

not just channels but sometimes can be going through guide and it takes forever, or maybe you press the red button, get a cup of coffee and wait.

Generally the picture quality is excellent.

I have bb as well for background information that cable has a t-connector one goes into cable modem and other to cable box.
