If your capable of doing torrents then you can use newsgroups using the NZB files.
Example:-
1. Pay for news access
http://www.newshosting.com/ at $8.95 a month (£8.70 odd)
2. Get a newsreader
http://www.newsleecher.com/
3. Go to a NZB site
http://newzmonster.com/ and download a nzb file(think of it like a torrent file).
4. Open the NZB file into your newsreader (newsleecher) and you will see a list of files.
5. Click Connect and assuming Newsleecher has been setup with your login info then it will download all those files assuming their not to old (if over 40 days old then they won't be available anymore).
6. Finished.
