i have a router to share my internet and have file sharing set up when i open my network places i can see my two icons one for desktop and one for laptop when i cliick laptop it will not let me acsses it from my desktop says acsess is denied contact admin i have run the network wizzard on both machines and even connected both pcs directly with a crossover cable still no result if i change my laptop name to another my desktop sees the name change but still wont let me acsses it i also have shortcuts on both machines which sill give me acsses tho the shared folder on my network but can not see them in my network places
