50 cents is getting bad press at the moment, his advert was banned for promoting gun culture (maybe because he is a black rapper and his music is not liked by many). Thing is this is not the first film or game of its kind, and wont be the last. Will we have the same reaction everytime theres a film poster with someone in it carrying a gun? or robbing a bank? Correct me if Im wrong but didnt Kill Bill poster feature Uma Thurman carrying a samurtai sword. If so i didnt hear much criticism then, and stabbings are more prevalent in society today then gun shots.
