hi im on network 3. Ive just been going over my bill online 2 check my price plan and ive been paying 10pounds a month for 323 voice mins. I have never even used any off the mins and ive had the phone fo 14months. Do you think ill be able 2 claim any money back or even an eaily upgrade? Ive spent 140 pounds on northing

No you would not be able to claim back money for any inclusive mins you receive.
What is your total per month and what do you get?
How can you never have used any mins, don't you phone anyone ever??

Its voice minutes just to people on 3 but i dont know any 1 else on 3. I get 2,000. With normal minutes i get 500. The total of my plan is 25 pounds a month i get 4,000 text with that.

The free Three to Three calls are extra and you can't claim them back just because you don't use them. They are tied in to everything else you have though.
Its the same with VM I get 3000 free VM to VM calls but never use them as the 400 Mins to any network are enough to cover my calls every month.

If your not on a contract may I suggest GiffGaff. 250 minutes, literally unlimited texts, literally unlimited internet for £10 a month on a rolling contract.

I think contract tend to be better value if you like having one of the latest phones.
I just go an upgrade on THREE and for £25 a month I get...
Free Blackberry bold 9900 RRP £550
2000 Any network minutes
5000 texts
3000 three to three minute
All you can eat data.
The same on giffgaff would be £30 a month but no free phone.

Soon it will unlimited calls to any network at anytime which should start coming around 2015 once all the networks drop the termination rates which are quite low in comparison to say 1999/2000. Only exclusion will be Cable and Wireless Guernsey,Jersey Telecom,Manx Telecom and Truphone as the costs are too high.
