Hello ...Just joined and need help please. My dog chewed through the telephone line cord on my BT Relate 2100 phone. (an RJ11 to BT431A cord). It is a 3 core wire Black/Red/yellow and I would like to know where I can get one the same. I bought a 2 core wire with the right connectors but it did not work. On the various internet sites all I can see is either 4 wire or 6 wire BT431A plugs. If I can't get a 3 wire cord would a 4 wire do the job please?
