BT cable/wire over my drive so low cant get our motorhome in the drive!!!
Hi Im new to this forum and hope please someone can advise me what to do. We live in a bungalow and our BT line goes to the front corner of our bungalow approx 3m high. However, we have just purchased a motor home and cannot get it down our drive as the wire is too low. What I need advise on is can we raise the line, do we contact BT, is it our problem or is it their responsibility. Just seems such a shame that we are unable to get a vehicle in the drive as the wire is so low. Thank you very much - Nicky

BT need to raise it. However, they'll probably charge you for the privilege.
