Three CEO Email

Does anyone know the email, i found a few on google, but i think they are outdated and may not work, otherwise someones email within 3 who actually knows something?

You might stuggle given their customer service. Fairly good network in terms of the way it works though (i.e. fairly well, plenty of capacity).

I find it to be the opposite. The customer service is great, but their network is rubbish! It is soooooooo frustrating to find "Emergency Calls Only" a LOT of the time

It usually depends on the phone you have aswell, with SE phones i always have a problem, but always keep fairly good reception with Nokia.

Basicly the reason why i wanted the emails was because i've been having many problems with my Nokia N86, and these problems were fixed in newer firmware that Nokia released, but Three didn't approve this firmware even after calling their CS and being told BS.

After contacting that email, they have the software department working on the latest firmware now and will have it released by Mid-October.
