It usually depends on the phone you have aswell, with SE phones i always have a problem, but always keep fairly good reception with Nokia.
Basicly the reason why i wanted the emails was because i've been having many problems with my Nokia N86, and these problems were fixed in newer firmware that Nokia released, but Three didn't approve this firmware even after calling their CS and being told BS.
After contacting that email, they have the software department working on the latest firmware now and will have it released by Mid-October.
