The two wires you need to connect to the A and B terminals in the back of the master are the Orange and White, either way round does not usually matter. The yellows are just strengtheners and the other pair are for a second line if you ever need one.
Seems to match yours...ignore the remark about yellows..two key wires are the orange and white..the green and black are extra line..they seem to only use 2 and 5
so 3 and 4 for other two.
and..if you can check..
Which way around they are connected usually doesn't matter but as Rick Hughes kindly pointed out some modems (especially older USA sourced ones) and some answering machines are fussy about polarity, so it's wise if possible to check the voltage on the line and connect -48V to the B leg (J2) and 0V to the A leg (J5).
