Orange Pay as u go Dolphin Plan £5 Unlimited Txts Question

Im on Orange Pay as u go Dolphin plan and top up £10 a month which gives me 300free txts a month and i have to topup by 22nd of each month to recieve these..

What im confused about is if i was to buy the unlimited txts for £5 which on their site states it lasts a month what do they class as a month, do they mean its until the 22nd when i get reissued with the usual 300 txts or for a month from date of purchase of the extra.

Re: Orange Pay as u go Dolphin Plan £5 Unlimited Txts Question

The only thing I can think will happen is that this will be added to the total and when the £10 date expires you will be left with the £5.

Re: Orange Pay as u go Dolphin Plan £5 Unlimited Txts Question

if you are spending 15 quid a month PAYG a contract would suit loads better

o2 for example 12 months sim only 600 minutes and unlimited texts for £15 no payg comes close or if you only want a 1 month the same 15 quid gives you 300 mins unlimited text and a bolt on

simplicity 1 month contract gives you 100 minutes and unlimited texts for a tenner

I know its off topic to your question but it does show the difference between payg and sim only contracts

Orange dolphin packages, including both PAYG and contract give you 'unlimited' texts AND 'unlimited' t'internet

Re: Orange Pay as u go Dolphin Plan £5 Unlimited Txts Question

Simplicity is now on O2 PAYG, for a £15 top up you get 100mins 500mb internet and unlimited texts. Or you can mix and match http://freesim.o2.co.uk

Re: Orange Pay as u go Dolphin Plan £5 Unlimited Txts Question

All sorted. I dont spend £15 on top up i spend £10 a month and i hardly use it for calls just txt and i have £40.11 credit on my phone atm.

Orange Dolphin Pay as u go for £10 a month gives u 300 txts and 100mb internet access.

But as an extra u can buy "unlimited" txts which has a fair usage Policy of 3000txts a month for £5 and they deduct this from ur credit on the phone.

Re: Orange Pay as u go Dolphin Plan £5 Unlimited Txts Question

With Three, a £10 top up gives you 600 free texts everytime you top up (if you top up online) 150mb internet, and then all the other extras including unlimited 3-to-3 calls, and it all lasts for 3 months, instead of 1 month.

i think that will benefit you a lot more than with Orange.

you can get your free sim here: https://www.three.co.uk/Pay_As_You_G...der_a_free_SIM
