iPhone 4 on Three: Best Deal
Check out the price comparison comparing Three to all other iPhone 4 carriers, Three beats them all so hard, anyone would be stupid to go to other networks.

Re: iPhone 4 on Three: Best Deal
£30 a month is a lot more reasonable than most of the other contracts I've seen, but still, £189 for the handset?

I can't access that page, but a better comparison between the major networks is at http://www.reghardware.com/2010/06/2...ff_comparison/

but the other networks are charging around £280 for the handset, so £189 seems better to be, for more.

Sorry, I was being flippant and inferring that actually paying for ANY handset with a monthly contract nowadays is wrong.

Re: iPhone 4 on Three: Best Deal
24 month contracts only with Three? No thanks.
Tesco FTW. Lowest total cost of ownership over the duration of the contract.

i guess going on the network most of the people you know are on is the best option as you save money that way.
go on the cheapest option then make use of the unlimited same network to network minutes.

Re: iPhone 4 on Three: Best Deal
Depends what you use the phone for.
TBH, I use mine predominately for data access. As such, while it has fewer minutes, currently the tesco option is considerably better value if you do a lot of data transfer. OK, the phone is £349 up front as opposed to £99, but they include 1 gig a month of 3g data transfer and unlimited WiFi access via BT Openzone. Thankfully, while WiFi range is limited, nearly everywhere I go regularly has at least one Openzone WiFi access point near it.
