Vodafone uk

Recently I have been upgrade 30 days rolling contract to Iphone package for two years with vodaphone. My privious package was rolling by 18th of each month. My problem is when I upgrade my package, it was 14 th of jan and that time I was run out my basic minute with old contract .Before I sign the contract for Iphone , I asked the salesman that If I make any call frm on now , it goes to new package or it would be charged as my 30 days contract (basic minute was already over) untill 18th Jan? the salesman said that everything would be a new contract with new package ,make a feel free to call and I made a several call to my friends . Later on when I received a bill all the call had been charged between 14th to 18th jan except landline call(unlimited landline call free) and I spoke to a customer sevrvice regarding my charged bill they are very rude and not very helpfull and ask me to contact the same salesman for the poblem. when I spoke him regarding my charged bill and he say ok no worry it will be credited to your account by next bill but when I checked the second month's bill it wasn't credited. I'm still confused where I complain about this problem? it is not the matter about money , it's the matter about miss guide and cheating on me . Staff are not fully trained, customer service they are not listening to me and my prblem. If they told me before I sign the contract that the evey call will be charged before I start my new contract by 18th jan than I just control to make call between 14 to 18( just 4 days) .I also like to mantion here that the landline call (including unlimited call to new iphone package) has not been chareged , only the mobile call has been charged.
anyone can help me??

Re: Vodafone uk

Be very careful when signing up for Vodafone contracts, they are trying to gain as many contracts as possible to challenge Orange-T-Mobile merger as well as the cheap deals offered by 3, 3 are due to launch iphone which is why Vodafone are aggressively reaching out for customers.

Make sure you read all the small print before signing nearly 2 years of your life away!
