My mrs has a payg phone and the last time i put money on for her (couple of months ago) it worked fine,
I did however have to register my card by phone first!.
For online issues you need to contact the Orange Mobile online services helpline on 439 from your Orange handset or 07973-100-439 from any other phone to discuss this problem.
