Howdy!

Does anyone know anyway to unlock a SE K750i is there any codes or software that can be useD?

Using Davinci, you can also flash the k750i to w800i firmware. Works real sweet. Makes the k750i a much nicer mp3 player imo.

I don't believe CID49 phones can be unlocked other than operator codes as of yet.

'Brown' firmware phones also have issues with flashing with some programs too.

Well, apart from it being orange with the walkman branding, I'm not really sure. I'm trying to find some pictures for you of the difference between the two firmware but I can't find much.

Didn't think upping the firmware could change the colour of the phone

Orange looks a bit naff in my opinion. No point in upgrading to the W800i firmware unless you want to use the mediaplayer, although the flight mode would be useful.
