I have broadband from NTL for the last 7-8 weeks. Since then i received one bill, but a direct debit is not set up yet in my bank account. The bill was saying that the money would be debited on 24/11, of course as there is no direct debit they can't debit anything.
I called ntl cc about 5 times for this matter, but no luck. I can't believe that I AM trying to pay them and they don't want it! I would try to pay at a paypoint but my bill doesn't has a barcode
Please help
