The previous ocupent of the flat I live in had BB 300k. When NTL upgraded all the customers to 1MB she got a letter that said she could "opt out"

So You could keep 300k unlimited v 1mb 3gb D/L Limit.

Not sure if NTL will do the same if NTL will offer this again if they are offering everyone 10mb with difernt D/L Limits....

...and this is before the prospect of price "normalisation" between us (NTL Customers) and them (Telewest Customers) but that could be good as Im sure thats why the TopTer (was 3mb now 10) has had the Ã‚Â£2 discount!
