In the last month or so the service in my area has been variable. I've been cut off a few times ,no one seeks or offers to compensate me for loss of service (South Manchester). The speed and throughput is going downhill especially at peak periods.
I am on the 1 MB service for 17.99 pm. Quite honestly its enough to pay and i doubt that my 1MB link is fully utilised most of the time. The way i see it,its all marketing. Theres no point in sticking out a big hand (10mb) if theres nothing to catch (no throughput). NTL i dont want your extra speed. I want my existing service to be maintained to a good standard and i want the service i already pay for.
