Missing Channels Mux 2 A & C
Bought a freeview box today and we are missing MUX 1, A & C
is there any way that we could boost our signal in order to get these missing MUXs?
obviously a new aerial would help, but i dont know if that is going to be possible due to being in student accomodation.
are there any alternatives?
any help appreciated

You could try an aerial booster. Argos have quite a few - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Browse...ip%3D43606.htm

All i can say is the correct type of aerial (wideband possibly) and a signal booster.

Re: Missing Channels Mux 2 A & C
I have a Philips Indoor Freeview Aerial Here which has a built in adjustable Booster and then that goes into a Freeview Compatible 1->2 Aerial Booster and suffice it to say, the signal is perfect after 15m of Standard Coax cable

Have a look at http://www.ukfree.tv/starthere.php which may contain some help in improving your Freeview reception.

Re: Missing Channels Mux 2 A & C
As posted by Chris T in response to a thread of mine a couple of months back, this site shows estimated signal strengths based on postcode.
