ITV buys Channel Television.
According to Broadcast's web site ITV has acquired Channel Television from its current private equity group owners. The deal is subject to approval by Jersey's regulatory authorities.

You took the words right out of my mouth MB. Come on ITV, make a play for STV and rescue us from the braveheart muppets at Pacific Quay. I'm fed up lying to the ITV Player and my Freesat box about my home postcode.
